If one could only have one book on yoga, the new book, Classical Hatha Yoga by Swami Rajarshi Muni would likely be it. This is the only book on yoga the practitioner or teacher would ever need. It is probably the most comprehensive book ever written on the subject of yoga and, most important, it is written by a highly advanced Yogi, based on his personal Kundalini sadhana. Check it out on Amazon's Inside the Book Program, where you can actually see its contents as well as its summary. It can also be purchased at the Kripalu Book Store.

Unsu...
I can't say the name of the book which would be the one book I would choose over all others. The seller of the book made me promise to never sell it. It contains the most intimate details of spiritual nature and I would rather die than reveal the details online to non-believers, but I would gladly listen to someone who is realized talk to me about the subject matter of the book. It is about a gopi who is a maidservant of another gopi in the spiritual world.
Even though they are the highest devotees the amazing thing is when we living entities come in contact with them, and start to serve them, the love we get flowing down from them to us is too much for us to handle, so we experience even more love in a way than they do when we are hit with the waves of love flowing down to us. And all we have to do is serve the servants of the servants of these maidservants of Lord Krishna. The further on down the line we are removed from the Lord the more we become inundated with love of God. That is why Lord Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu prayed in the mood of the gopis to remain the servant of the servant of the dearmost servant of the Master of the gopis Lord Sri Krishna.
The book I am thinking of is written by a direct servant of the most dear servant of Lord Krishna.
