Dear lord, our father, our mother, our breath. Thank you
Oh lord , may peace be in all our hearts, and may that peace bring love and understanding to all beings
Oh dear lord, please let us see you all we see, feel you in all we touch, taste you in all we eat, drink, and in the air we breath
May we know that it is you that both breaths in us, and gives us breath.
Oh dear sweet mother God allow us to arise and greet you in your gift of every moment
May we walk softly apoun this earth,
May the suffering of all being be relieved ,
As the sun arises and as the moon sets let our hearts, words and actions humbly work for you, in you
Thank you, ommmm peace amen

Re: a Prayer to Share.
Tue, December 26, 2006 - 8:46 PM"Teach us to pray" Francois de Salignac de La Mothe Fenelon
Lord, I know not what I ought to ask of You;
You only know what we need;
You love me better than I know how to love myself.
O Father! Give to Your child that which he himself knows not how to ask.
I dare not ask for either crosses or consolations;
I simply present myself before You,
I open my heart to You.
Behold my needs which I know not myself;
See and do according to Your tender mercy.
Smite, or heal; depress me, or raise me up;
I adore all Your purposes without knowing them;
I am silent;
I offer myself in sacrifice;
I yield myself to You;
I would have no other desire than to accomplish Your will.
Teach me to pray;
Pray Yourself in me.
